It's the Eye of the Tiger!!

First off I want you all to enjoy this song. This song never fails at getting my energy level back up, or at least my spirits. The song is great becuase when I hear it I hear me saying to myself, "ok, I can do this. Trials in life are good and fun... they are the "thrill of the fight'....stressful days are me rising up to the challenge." I just love it!! So PLEASE enjoy it. In fact I am listening to it right now as I type!! Enjoy the LOOOOONG post!

Ok, so it's been way too long since I have posted, ). Sorry, but life has been sooooo super crazy!! Which is good...but tiring. I have had a lot of family picture taking and work going on.

Ok, so last week Juice Press the place where I work was sold. We have new owners and they are great. They have allready done so many great things. I'm excited to see what they bring for the future. Anyways so life has been crazy there just settling into things and learning the way they do stuff. It's great because they are so kind to me and want to make sure that I give my opinion on everything, and that they don't offend me. They understand that I have been there for a long time and that I know alot of things. So with that and the pictures, plus just add normal things to do in everyday life....well yeah it's crazy!

I had to chance to hang out with my two cute nephews for a couple of hours on Tuesday so my sissy and her hubby could go to Kyles parent teacher conference. When I got there Ryan was still taking his nap and Kyle was just playing video games. I was soooo tired so I just sat on the recliner and looked through a magazine. In the process I ended up falling asleep for 5 minutes. When I woke up Kyle turned to me and said, "Aunt Kelli, please don't fall asleep again." I started laughing and told him I wouldnt. Well about 3 minutes later I dozed off for another 5 minutes. I woke up and he turned to me again and asked me not to fall asleep any more. Then he told me to come sit by him on the couch so I did and he snuggled with me. It was so cute. I just love that kid. Then Ryan finally woke up and I made them some dinner. Afterwards we got 3 board games out and started off with the ducky game which Ryan won. When he got all of his colored duckies he stood up and started swinging his arms while saying, "I won, I won, Iwon!" and repeated that several times. It was the cutest sight. He is allready so competive at the age of 3. We then played Candy Land and then Chutes and Ladders. It was a good night!

Anyway, today was kind of a stressful day for me(thinking eye of the tiger). One because I had a wedding to take pictures at, and two because we had a big order to do at Juice Press and I was the only one who knew how to put it together! Oh, and add to the fact that I would be gone from Juice Press and so would another worker. So that left poor Curt there (he has only worked there for 3 weeks) to work by himself until the other guy came in for a couple of hours. SO I was just a little stressed about everything, and was hoping that Juice Press wouldn't be busy today so things would go smoothly.
I wake up at 6 am to get showered and ready. I leave my house by 7:30 so I can get to Juice Press and get the order done. I am waiting at the light on 800 n. in Orem and my car kind of does this weird shudder. The light turned green and I started to drive, then I felt is shudder again and though that it was not good and felt like I needed to turn into Macey's parking lot. Right as I was turning my car died on me! I was thankfully BARELY out of the road, but I was covering the sidewalk. I couldn't get it to start back up. So what do I do you ask? Start to cry!! I called my Dad to see if he could help but he was at work. So I called Derek my bro (all the while still crying)! I'm thinking to myself that this can't be happening today. Out of all days that something like this could happen, it happend on the day with big orders, a wedding at the BOUNTIFUL Temple, and so many other things to do! Derek helped me push my car out of the way (and I must say I am ashamed that for 10 minutes while I had my hazard lights on- NOT ONE person stopped to help me)! PATHETIC! It was only when my brother got there and started to push that 2 trucks full of guys pulled up and helped us move my car into the parking lot. Thankfully my Dad has an extra truck right now so that is what I am using until my car can get fixed!! I got the order done, got to the temple in time and the wedding went great.

I got back down to Juice Press to find out that it has been super crazy busy. I felt so bad. So I worked until 3:00 to help finish things up. I then had 2 hours to myself to kindof relax then it was off to the reception to take more pictures. I got home around 9:00. I needed to get some pictures done for tommorrow, so I put in a movie and worked. So now here I am at the end of the day, tired and with a headache thinking of everything that I need to get done for tommorrows parties that I have going on, and the things I need to do to help out with them. ***breathing a sigh and trying to relax*** SO my car is in the shop thanks to my wonderful father to came and towed it to the shop and is dealing with it so I don't have to, and for letting me drive his truck while my car is getting fixed. Hopefully the cost of fixing is not too much. LOVE you Dad!! Thanks.
So anyways, thanks to all of you who leave me comments. It just makes my day and I LOVE reading them. I was so happy to find so many comments! Thanks again for you guys who are great friends and make my day with your sweet words!
lots of love,
KELLI

Oh Kelli!! I'm sorry! This week seems to have been rough on a lot of people. I'm glad tomorrow is Sunday. The official start of a new week!! We always think Monday is the start of the new week, but that is incorrect. Monday is technically the first. So breath while you can and re-juice for another week!! Hopefully is will go better for us all!! (I'm thinking we need to get together REALLY. I could use a good laugh and you always make me smile. Give me a call!! 687-3357)

Good luck this week. If it makes you feel better, I felt like my whole primary class was on crack. I gave them the "you aren't being cool, I'm going to get the bishop" speech. XOXO
