Some of the things that make me smile...

I just wanted to share with you all some of the things that make me smile. In my world of photography I get to see so many beautiful things (and people) through the lens of my camera. When I have weddings I always like to arrive early just to make sure that I am there when they come out of the temple or for when the ceremony starts because you never know what can happen that will make you late. Once I get to my destination I usually have 1/2 - and hour to kill, so I walk around and take some pictures.

This picture was of a flower (obviously) up at Temple Square.
This one is from Temple Square as well...I love the water droplets all over the flower. One thing I love about flowers is the amazing color they give our eyes to enjoy! Such Beauty!

Another thing that makes me smile are waterfalls/fountains. There is something peaceful about hearing the water run down, and seeing it drop. When its a big water fall I love the feel of the mist that falls on you when the wind blows.

Here is a flower up at memory grove park in SLC. I love the red, it just pops right out at you!

Seeing the sun through the trees is so "summery" to me. Nothing says summer like laying down on the grass in the shade and seeing the sun come through the trees.

More beauty created by our Heavenly Father! we are SO lucky to have so much beauty surround us. When was the last time you just walked outside and looked around at the many beautiful things? We are always in a hurry, so try and slow things down and enjoy it. Before you know it the snow will be covering it all again and we will have the beauty of that to look at (only for a mintue before we start to freeze)!

I LOVE LILACS!! I love the look, the colors and most of all the SMELL!! Breathe in.....cant you smell that wonderful fragrant? Another object that screams spring going into summer!! And another smile on my face!!

And what is better than Tulips? When I think of tulips I think of Temple Square in Spring time! All the beautiful colors spread all over the grounds. My Mother in law aboslutely LOVES tulips and I couldnt agree more with her. The sad thing is all the deer eat her tulips before they have a chance to bloom. Next year is your year Nancy, next year.

I LOVE the beauty of Utah! Don't get me wrong, when I see a beach and the ocean, or the beauty of many trees all around it is breathtaking.... but walking out my door every morning

and seeing these majestic mountains is awesome!!! I feel a sense of safety being surrounded by all the beautiful mountains we have here in Utah. This picture was taken from my back yard, Jealous? You should be! I take the boys outside every day to play in the grass for about a half an hour. We love the warmth, and they love being outside. I bring my camera out occaisonally and was laying down one of the days, looked up and saw the sun shining through. At this moment before I took this picture I was thinking about how blessed my life is. I have an amazing husband who supports me in everything I do. I have two adorable little guys who make me smile and have stolen both mine and Jasons hearts! My life is great. I live in the land of the free. My hubby has a great job. I get to take pictures, I have my health and have SO much to be thankful for. So I took a picture to help me always remember these things. Seeing this picture makes me smile! It relaxes me and makes me feel warm! The only thing left I need is to be reading a good book under this tree!

I was lucky enough to have my sister stop by my house with her kids and hang out for a little bit last week! Here is her little girl Kaylee smothering Brad with hugs and kisses. We were laughing, and it was just so cute. This moment made me smile!More of Kaylee giving Brad kisses...

I have always loved my sisters kids. After all Kyle her oldest was my very first Nephew. In the pictures below Kyle was flying his airplane hog. We had some great fun with it. Kaylee was walking all over the place like she usually does, and Ryan gave me this smile when I told him to smile. Cheeser!!! These kids make me smile!!

Just some pictures of my boys. First one is Jensen, then Brad, then the two of them. They make me smile.... alot!! :)

Something else that made me smile that day was when Brad was ripping the grass out of the ground and then he tried to eat it. I just love that middle photo of him with his mouth open!

My boys BLUE eyes make me smile. They are so BIG and so BLUE. And they can express so many different feelings from just these eyes.

I know I brag about my boys alot. They are just so cute, and so funny. They bring so many smiles to my face. And I can't wait to give them a life time of smiles in return!!

Last but not least Jason brings a big smile to my face. You just got to see a ton of pictures of him from the last post (and those are the most recent ones) so that is why I didnt' post another. But to sum it up, my life would suck with out him!!! He always makes me smile!!
