I came upon this site today. It is great. I just thought I would share it all of you. It's made me more aware of of much crap can be in food. I always new, but this was a great reminder. Plus it has a "calculator" put in your info, and it tells you what you should lose, your BMI, your fat. How many calories you should be eating a day to get a to the weight you want. By the end of June 2010 I want to be at my goal weight. Lets see if I can make it! Wish me luck....

Sounds pretty similar to sparkpeople.com I tried that at the beginning of the year and loved it! But I started wasting too much time on it so now I just use the recipe calculator to figure out calories when I'm making meals that I don't know the nutritional info on. Anyway, I'll have to check this one out!!
