I'm feelin it!!

Well, I would have done this post yesterday, but to be honest I was too wiped out! BLAH is how I felt! First off here is a belly shot for you all...

I am 33 weeks along now. My dad took this picture on sunday, and don't I just look ravishing...? Lol.. I am getting bigger, and it's only going to keep growing. Last week I finally noticed stretch marks along the bottom of my belly. They aren't too big yet, but I'm sure they will grow....sigh... i know it comes with the baby territory. Jason has been such a sweetheart to me. when I am down and feeling completely yucky he hugs and kisses me and tells me how beautiflul I am. I am so grateful to have him as my husband. He rubs my feet, he rubs my back. He runs to the store to get me Pepcid AC and celery. Everyday he tells me at least 3 times that I am beautiful and that he loves me. If the house is messy he doesn't care. He puts no pressure on me and I love him for that.

Well, yesterday I had 3 different doctor appointments. The first was at 10:30, I got there ON TIME and waited 40 minutes before they actually called my name to start the appt. Seriously you should not make a pregnant lady with twins wait for 40 mins in an uncomfortable chair. NOT COOL!! So I go back, they check my weight-which the doc says I am gaining the weight of which a lady would being pregnant with ONE baby! I am pretty happy about that. Two weeks ago my belly measured 36 - 37 cm and I'm sure sure I am at 38 - 39 cm now. They didn't measure me this time since i was getting an ultrasound that day, but lets just say my belly IS growing. After today I will start seeing my doc once a week, and next week they start checking my cervix...yay joy and fun...note the sarcasm!

I left the docs office around 11:40, I was hungry so I went and grabbed some Kneaders...mmmm it's been one of the food places that always sounds good to me, and I have NOT thrown it up yet. Oh, and speaking of throwing up, it's started again. Some days i go with out throwing up (which is heavenly) but most days I am throwing up at least 1-2 times a day again... not fun. Anyways, so i ate my sandwhich, then went to the mall to go to Motherhood maternity. I FINALLY bought myself a pair of maternity jeans. I actually still fit into my regular jeans, they just aren't as comfortable as they could be. So i bought jeans, two bras and a shirt. My mom met me at the mall, and then we headed to my next appointment.

We got the the hospital where I would have my ultrasound. Everything is looking good. The boys are GROWING BIG!! Baby A measured 5 lbs 1 oz and Baby B measured 5 lbs 15 oz. Which means I have 11 lbs of baby inside of me PLUS TWO placentas!! I was SUPER uncomfortable during the whole ultrasound. My back was killing me. Next I went and had a Non-stress test done. Last week at my test it only lasted 20 mins, but yesterday it lasted an hour and half....which was NO fun for me! Baby B was super active during it so they couldn't get a resting heart rate, and his heart rate would dip, so they wanted to just make sure everything was ok, which everything turned out to be great. I just was in so much pain in that non fun chair that you sit in. I am so glad my mom was there to help me and keep me company. We finally left the hospital at 4:45. and I was so hungry!! If I go too long without eating and then I eat I usually end up throwing up afterwards, not sure why. Anyway, a pretzel was sounding so good so we went back to the mall and got pretzel bites. Mmmm.... they were perfect. We then headed to JoAnnes fabric and got some material. I didn't get home until about 6:30, and was just so wiped out. My back was just killing me. Any way I sit I am uncomfortable. Around 36 weeks I am going to be so active....lol... try and get these boys out of me!!

Sorry about the long post, and if you made it all the way to the end of this long boring post you are a trooper and I hope I don't seem to whiny!! Thanks again for reading!

First off, whining when you have only a few weeks left doesn't really count as whining! You deserve to complain at this point.
And second, although no pregnant woman thinks she looks good at this point, you really do look great! Seriously, I think I looked bigger with just one baby inside me than you do with two. Hang in there!

You look amazing. You should be proud of yourself....only gaining the weight of a single baby....and you have two HUGE boys in your stomach. Holy cow!

Someday when you look back at this...you will realize that even though the boys cause you lots of pain now....they will be an even bigger pain (specifically in the neck) in 2-3 years. :)

Whining is totally acceptable at this stage. It is so hard to carry one baby, let alone two. I'm glad they are getting so big. Kylee was born at 32 weeks and weighed 4 lbs 10 oz. It sounds like these boys will be just fine. You can do 3 more weeks right! Good luck girl!
