Mission Call & Growing Belly

Allright, so I know it's been a while since I have last posted. Life is busy, and it always feels like I am tired. Events have happened and I have just been too lazy to blog about them.

First off I would like to share where my little brother Tyler is going on his mission. Last week on Wednesday we all headed over to my sisters house for Tyler to open his mission call. He was nervous, but so excited. He opened his call and is going to Portland, Oregon... and the funny part is about five minutes after he read where he was going he reread it and realized that he missed the part that said Spanish speaking... we all started to laugh. So yeah, Tyler is going Spanish speaking to Portland Oregon. He leaves into the MTC on May 27th. That is less than 2 months away. I can't believe this time has allready come. He is my little brother, and I am going to miss him sooooooo much. He is always coming over to my house to hang out with me and Jason. Things won't be the same with out him around, and he won't be here for my babies but that is ok. They will just have all the more fun when he returns home. Way to go Tyler, and thanks for being such a good brother!!
Second, I have a new nephew. He was born a week and a half ago and is soooo cute. I stayed at the hospital the first day with my sister in law for 4 hours. After her family left I hung out with just her and talked. We had good conversation, and I just LOVED holding baby Asher. He is such a content baby. So cute, and looks like a mixture of his two older brothers. Welcome to the family Asher!! Here is one of the pictures I took of him.

Third of all I have a new belly picture to post for you all. Man, I have been growing fast!! I can't believe I am allready 22 weeks along. I am feeling the boys move around inside me more and more. Jason always is asking if they are moving. He allready loves these two little guys so much. I had a great conversation with my friend Kristina who had twins a year ago. She gave me such great advice, and some great tips on twins. We are going to get together again and talk more about it. I will meet with my new doctor on Wednesday next week. I am so excited for this because there is so much I want to learn, and so many questions I have for him. It is still so hard to believe that I am having twin boys. Right now in my pregnancy I am going through a lot of changes. I can't eat as much. I have to eat smaller meals more often. I have a ton of hair growing everywhere. My belly and my face are the most noticeable. I think all this testosterone from the boys is doing it. I really hope it ALL falls out when they get here. I am getting more zits on me. Little ones around my hairline on my face, and on my neck. They drive me insane!! At night I can only sleep on my sides now. This is hard just becuase of the fact that I am a stomach sleeper. I wake up about every 2 hours to switch sides. So i don't get the best of sleep. I usually wake up tired, and am just more tired by the time I get home, but it's nothing I can't handle. Oh, and of course the usual of going to the bathroom a lot. All of which are SO worth it!! The funny thing is to hear what people say to me. Some say, "oh, your having twins and your 22 weeks along? You are so small for 22 weeks and twins." which I LOVE to hear that. OR you have the ones that constantly stick their feet in their mouths with, "HOLY COW YOUR HUGE!" Thanks, thanks alot. I usually just smile and say,"yeah i am getting bigger" ....laugh a little...give a chuckle. And then there are the people that just come up and touch your belly with out asking. If your family and friends then by all means I really don't care if you touch my belly. But if your some girl who goes to UCMT (the massage college by Juice Press) and only knows me from juice press will you PLEASE NOT TOUCH MY STOMACH!!!!!! I don't know you. I don't know your name even!!! Our conversations last no longer than 5 minutes. I can understand if they would ask, but to just start rubbing my belly without asking... *snap, snap snap....Oh NO you just DIDN"T!!!! Ok, deep breath.... :) Anyway, so it's all good and fun!! I still love it every time I feel the boys move. It is the neatest feeling!!
Ok, and now for the last bit of news, we finally got our couches in! YAY!! We have somewhere to sit now. I love them. We got two sofas (Jason wanted them both sofas so he could stretch out on either one) They are so comfy, and were inexpensive, and are just great. They actually give me a living room!! Now to jut get some pictures on the wall so it doesn't look so bare. Hmmmm.... well, thanks for reading my long and probably most likely boring post. Hope you all have a wonderful Conference weekend. I sure am looking forward to hearing all the talks. I love conference and the feeling it brings to me. I can't believe Easter is almost here. Time sure does fly by fast!! Have a great night!!

You do not look huge! You look awesome! Even if it was only one baby, but especially considering there are two in there. I feel for you. I was so uncomfortable sleeping on my side all the time and waking up a million times to pee, and I only had one baby! I'm so so excited for you and so is my mom. I can't wait to see your cute little guys. Oh, and good idea getting two sofas! I think I might do that when we buy new furniture.

What is the baby laying on?

I once got in an argument with a stranger at Walmart because she said I was too small to be having twins. I was like, "Lady, you don't know me and believe me there are two in there I have a head under my left hip and a head under my right ribs!!" So I didn't really say that but it made me mad.

You are darling! I dont think your big at all especially for having twins (congrats btw!) I was way bigger than you at that stage and I only had one in there. People need to learn manners, I hated strangers touching my belly. Love the couches!
