Father's Day

Fathers Day was great. We had my whole family over, even my Grandma and Grandpa drove up from St. George for it. Part of the reason was because my Step Dad Tom was leaving the next day to Boston for 9 months. He took on a consulting job which is great, but we will miss him. I made dinner for everybody, we had grilled chicken and vegetables. For dessert I had dipped strawberries in chocolate and had made homemade German Chocolate Cake. I rock is all I have to say. Everyone totally love the cake (i had to redeem myself from the last german choco cake i made...it was a bobby flay recipe and was not so good). Anyways, it was great to celebrate Fathers and I'm grateful for the many that I have.
