Christmas Eve

Every year since I was a child, one of my familys traditions was getting together on Christmas Eve with my cousins on my Dads side. When we were younger we would meet up at my Grandma and Grandpa Schwartz house and have a big dinner. We would then gather in the living room and sing Christmas carols. Nothing has changed except for now we meet at my Aunt & Uncles home. We still have fun singing and hanging out.
Below you will see my beautiful Grandma Dodie, Derek (with his eyes closed) & Elli, Bill asleep (he was tuckered out) and my dad with Brad. Here we have my niece Kaylee walking around in her mothers heels (very well i might add), My nephew Ryan, My nephew Kyle and Jensen.

Every year all the men in the family get up and sing "we three kings" the pas5 years or so they are REALLY started getting into the song. They sway and upplay certain words. It is VERY entertaining.
can you see the sway?

After we left my Aunt & Uncles house we came home and put the boys in their Christmas Pj's and then to bed. Jason and I have our own little tradition and watched his favorite Christmas movie The Muppet Christmas Carol. We got the presents out, and the stockings hung(or laying on) by the Chimney with care.... more to come on the next post. :)

That is just what Christmas should be. It looked like a really fun time, what cute kiddos you have in your family. I loved the three king sway- very fun!!!
