Busy, busy, busy....

Beware of a long post ahead....

Here is Jensen with the ladybug and Brad attacking him with the brown turtle. My mom got the boys this soft book that has little cutout animals that you can take out. The boys love to suck on them. Brad with his turtle...
Jensen with the ladybug (didnt know they could be so delicious did you?)

Brad doind his finger hook in the mouth. He actually has a tiny little sore on this finger because he sucks on it all the time...
Jensen is doing his super hero pose, look at his face, he means business!
The boys in their St. Pattys shirts. Their smiles make me smile. Not only do they smile with their mouth, but with their eyes. Melts their mommy's heart!
In a couple of the pictures they are playing "take the toy from your brother" I can't believe it has allready started. They see what their brother has and want it. For some reason they always want what the other one has... Tyler jumped in for some pictures. They love Tyler and smile every time they see him.
Here is Brad in his cuteness!
and Jensen with all of his cute gummy smiles....both still have no teeth!
Here are the boys just lounging and playing with each other on the floor.
On Friday last week our ward threw a "Spring Fling" dinner/dance for the adults. Jason and I had a good time talking with some friends and eating good food. The dancing was learning certain ballroom dances and Jason did not really want to do that, so we skipped out on it.
Instead we were taking silly pictures and doing our "blue steel" look....
On Sunday we went to church at our old ward off of 8th North. One of the boys that Jason had in scouts had his mission farewell. I was so excited to see everyone, especially my YW.
Here is Rachel, Me, Kylie and Tabby. These girls make me smile. I loved them when I was their leader. They are so much fun!!
Cam and Stacey who only have about 6-7 weeks until they welcome twin boys into this world! Nest to them is Jeralyn and her hubby Lon (who was our old bishop)
Jaycie and Sam (sam is holding Jensen) and Becky and Linda. Linda is Becky's Mom and she used to be the Relief society pres. and she was a great one!!
Here is Lon, Sam(holding Jensen) , Jake, Alex and Jason (holding Brad)
Here I am with Brooke. I missed this girl!! We have now planned to get together and do playdates.
Sunday was so great. I loved seeing everybody. There were sooooo many friends that had to go, or I just didn't get pictures of. I feel at home in that ward and miss it sometimes. So many great memories. I miss the comments that some ladies would make. we ended the day with a lovely Easter dinner that Jasons Mom made for everybody.
On Monday I was taking care of some busniess for our relief society birthday dinner that is happening this thursday and Jensen was sleeping but Brad was not ready for a nap. So while i was making many many phone calls I gave Brad a magazine (the boys love them) and this is what happened during that time...
He shredded it very nicely I might say. Dont worry I watched him to make sure he didnt get any small pieces in his mouth.
I laughed when I saw him look up at me and smile with this piece of paper hanging out of his mouth!
Here is Daddy kissing the boys goodbye before he goes to work in the morning. I know the boys miss Jason when he leaves for the day. They are always so excited to see him when he gets home.
Brad looks a little sad to see his dad go.

I hope you all enjoyed the pictures. Just a little bit of our lives that has been going on lately. The boys are finally sleeping about 8-9 hours through the night. Brad still will wake up fussing a little. I put the binky back in his mouth and he goes right back to sleep. The past week they have not wanted to take naps at the same time. I can put them down together, but one of them wakes up 1/2 hour earlier and that throws the whole day off.

When it comes to feeding time they take a bottle in the morning when they wake up and one right before they go down. They love baby food! They are NOT picky eaters thank goodness. They love their veggies and fruits. They are like little birds when it comes time to feed them. It can be quite entertaining. They aboslutely HATE it though when it comes time for me to wipe their faces off.

They still are not crawling, but I am not too worried. Jensen is still rolling everywhere, and can get there pretty fast. He has a habit of getting stuck under the t.v. stand though. Brad still pushes off of his feet and arches his back and scoots. He has mastered this skill well.

They love to wiggle especially when I am changing a big poopy diaper. This is when they spot a toy on the ground and want to grab it. There have been times when they move so quick that I have gotten poop smeared on my arm or hand. Yup, sounds fun doesnt it? I know it all comes with the lovely package of being a mom. To me cleaning all the poop out of baby clothes from the poop explosions is all worth it for me. Brad is still loving to undo his diaper. When he woke up from his nap today half of his diaper was undone. Thankfully there was only a little pee in it.

Jensen and Brad are such good babies. I couldn't ask for better little buddies to spend the day with. They only get fussy when they are hungry or tired. When it is time for their naps I just put them in their cribs and cover them with their blankets and they go right to sleep. They know what time it is when they get put in their cribs. Jensen has started sleeping on his side. He always turns to his left and sleeps on his left side. He grabs the blanket and pulls the covers high up to cover his face. Brad still loves to be on his back and just turns his head to snuggle up into the blanket. When I pick them up after their naps I usually find Jensen on his tummy making noises, and Brad always scoots himself up into the corner and his usually sucking on the blanket. Sometimes when I know they should be awake I go in to check on them and they are just laying there playing in the crib. Other times I know they are awake because they are talking or crying.

They love to play with each other. They still love to hold hands with each other. When i put them in their bouncers they reach out to each other. it is so cute. And when Brad cries, Jensen always puts his hand on his shoulder. Seeing that as a mom makes me so happy. I know that Jensen is trying to comfort Brad when he does that. They are so easily entertained. Jason puts Spongebob square pants on for them. When he does they just stare at the tv. I think they really like the song and the voices. The boys love it when we clap. It always gets their attention. They love riding in the car....speaking of which we now have new carseats for them. I searched and searched forever to find a good carseat that would last them a while. I finally found some at Costco that would last them a good long while and were only $90. The only thing that sucks now with the new carseats is that they stay in the car. I can no longer just pop them out and in. So that means I will not be going out by myself with them for a little while. The carseats also take up alot of room. We still have to have the boys rear facing, so I had to pull the front seats up, which means I have to drive now always because Jason doesnt have room for his legs. It's just a little cramped. It will get better once we can turn the carseats forward facing.

Well, I am tired so I am going to go to sleep, especially since the boys are asleep now. I know my posts now are all about the boys, but that is our life now. I hope you enjoyed. I am excited for conference this weekend. I love just being able to relax and listen to the wonderful messages. Also our first Easter with the boys. Jasons family has their annual weenie roast on Saturday and on Friday I am taking Vanessa's (my sister in law) dance pictures for MORP for all of her friends. On Thursday I have the Relief Society Birthday party and Tomorrow....well tommorrow Cari and I are going to MICHAEL BUBLE!!! SO FREAKIN excited. I cannot wait. So you will see a post of that night coming up soon! tehehehe, I am like a little child on christmas morning. Goodnight everybody!

I'll have you know that I read the whole thing. Such cute boys. Amazing how fast they grow. I am so glad that you are starting to get more sleep. Life is so much more possible with sleep. However, you seem to be running the world with or without sleep. You amaze me with your energy!
