{4 Months and much more...}

Ok, so first off I need to first apologize for the many photos you are about to see. There are many! My boys are 4 months old (a week ago-so I am a little late posting). I took them to the docs and here are their stats...

Jensen
Weight: 17 lbs 11 oz - 100%
Height: 25 inches - 70%
Head: 47 cm.- 100%+ (off the charts) -yes he has a BIG head... lol!
Brad
Weight: 16 lbs. 14 oz. - 90%
Height: 26 inches - 90%
Head: 44 1/2 cm. - 100% -still a big head, but not as big as his brothers.

After they took their measurments and all, and the doc checked them out (which all is looking great) they had to get their vaccines. Poor little guys did not enjoy those. They had little knots in their legs for about 5 days after. I rubbed them everyday for a little bit to help them go away, and they did not like that at all. But they have them, it's over for now until the next ones.

Here is sleepy Jensen showing off his bandaids from his vaccines that he got. Brad sucking on his hands (which is his new favorite thing lately) and proudly showing off his vaccine shot bandaids.
Here I am with the boys. I was at my sisters house and we all fell asleep after the boys cried for about 20 minutes. Cari grabbed my camera and snapped this picture. Being a mom of twins is very tiring. Brad, Kaylee and Jensen- the funny thing about this picture is that Kaylee (their cousin) is 6 months older than my boys and my boys weigh more, and are almost the same length. Lol...you can laugh, my mom, sister and I all did.
Here is my mom with Jensen and Brad. My beautiful friend Durga from Australia sent my boys this huge box full of clothes for them. These are just a few of the many that she sent. They look so cute on the boys Durga. Big thank you!
Here is Jensen with a nice big smile on his face after bath time. These are the smiles I get after they have been fed in the morning. It always follows with a lot of laughter. They make me smile. Here is Brad. He was laughing when I took it. I love the sound of their laughter.
Here they are together after bathtime. How did I ever get so lucky?
Here is Brad. I had put him sitting up on the couch. About 10 minutes later he was asleep. It was so cute.Mr. Burns Mr. Brad planning his next move...(everytime he does this I think of Mr. Burns)

Mr. Brad carrying out his next move on his brother which was hitting him in the face.
Here is Brad playing a game with me. It was HILARIOUS! He would make this face, and I would start laughing. SO he would then laugh, then I would make this face with my lip and he would go right back to this face. It was back and forth from smiles and laughing to BIG pouty lips. I love it. Lately there has been waaaay too much of this going on.... (Brad) Instead of THIS! This is what I would like to see happen for at least 6 hours of the night. (Jensen)

I just love my boys. Even though they cause their momma to loose many brain cells she still loves them. They smile and laugh all the time. They both love to kick their blankets off (which wakes them up) or they sit there and do time after time and laugh at it. Brad still gets angry when he doesn't have his food right when he wants it. Brad is pushing himself with his feet everywhere. I will leave the room for 2 minutes come back and find him 5 feet away from where I left him. They both still have not rolled over yet (i think their heads are too heavy). They LOVE their Daddy. They could be fussing and Jason will walk in the door and smiles come to their faces. I think they get tired of mommy.

So, I have been working out 5 days a week for over a month and a half now and I have not lost any weight just gained 6-7 lbs. Talk about frustrating! Agghhh.... I know you gain muscle and that it weighs more than fat, but seriously? C'mon!! So I am starting to get really strict with my eating now. I just can't keep gaining weight. I am sick of being fat (and yes I am fat by the scale I am overweight...almost obese) not fun to see that. I don't eat a ton of sugar, or bread so I just don't understand. I am working on my portions which were not too much bigger than they should be anyways. Well, sorry for venting... or more like complaining. I just want to be down 50 lbs. to the size I was when Jason and I got married! Soon right? Lets hope so!

Also, I have been in a MEGA crafting mood lately. I have a list of about 20 different things that I want to make. Right now it's a necklace with flowers on it. I want it to wear at my brothers wedding (which is this saturday). So I will post pictures of it when I am done. I also made some "art' for the boys room. I want to make some throw pillow covers, and tons of other stuff. I have added some of my new favorite craft blogs to my sidebar. Check them out, you will want to mod podge everything (speaking of which-fabric mod podge is my new fav)! When i get around to it all I will take pictures of all the crafts that I have done lately (and you may wonder how i have time...well lets just say you make time for things that give you a break and help keep you sane)! I hope you all have a great night!

Your updates on your boys are getting me SOOOOO excited to have my little guy! It's so fun to see how they develop in just a short amount of time. And they just get cuter and cuter! I mean, seriously the pouty lip? Hilarious!!

SOOO cute!! That pouty lip has got to be the cutest thing ever!! I hear ya on the weight thing! It's such a struggle!! I honestly believe that eating is about 90% of it. Start keeping a food journal!! I have a little notebook I keep on my desk and here's what I do. Actually, I just started typing it out and it will be too long and complicated. So I think I'm just going to take a picture of it and email you!! :)

We are days away from one month into our journey too. All is well here. I am having fun (except at 2:00am last night when they were not behaving...HA).

Oh, Kelli, you amaze me! What a good mommy your are- you totally run circles around me!!! I should have started 10 years earlier :) So, I weighed Lily when I had a meeting at WIC today, and she weighed 16# 14oz, 29 1/8". Pretty soon your boys will leave her in the dust!

Can you pls send me Derek's wedding pics?

Thanks for the lovely comment on my blog. This is my first time taking photos. They wanted some pics taken fast and didnt want to hire a real photographer so I just used my $100 camera and did some pics. It's hard work Kelli - I don't know how u do it so much enthusiasm.
